In and around Hanstholm several Flak Stützpunkten where built by the Germans, to protect the important Verteidigungsbereich Hanstholm. With its massive positions for the 38cm guns, in combination with the battery Vara in Norway, they where assigned to protect the entrance tothe Ostsee.
This location can be found at the Hamborgvej behind the camping at the coast line.
